We’re excited to announce a new feature now available on our website - Members section - Pay Dues, the ISAQR App and ISA Web: recurring payments!
This new option allows you to conveniently automate your dues and charges payments online, giving you full control over your payment preferences.
With recurring payments, you can:
- Choose how often you’d like to make a payment (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually).
- Select the specific day of the month for payments to process.
- Decide how many months you want to cover per payment.
- Include any outstanding charges, if desired.
Setting Up Recurring Payments:
- Log in to your account:
- Scan the back of your UA card using the ISAQR App, or log in with your credentials on the ISAQR App or m.gotomyunion.com.
- Click on "Dues"
- Click on "Set Recurring Payments"
- Fill out the payment settings:
- Active: If checked, payments will begin on the next available date. If unchecked, payments will not process.
- Include Outstanding Charges: If checked, your full balance, including charges, will be paid.
- Payment Method: Select a credit card and ensure the billing address matches the address on your statement.
- State Field: Verify or update the state field to match your correct address.
- Save Your Settings:
- If “Active” is selected, payments will begin processing on the next available date you have selected.
Examples:
- Every Month: Specify how often payments occur.
- Example: To make a payment every 3 months, select 3. For an annual payment, select 12.
- Payment Day: Choose the day of the month payments are processed.
- Example: To pay on the 10th every 3 months, select Every Month = 3 and Payment Day = 10.
- Min Dues and Assess Payment (Months): Specify the number of months to cover per payment.
- Example: To cover 5 months of dues per payment, select 5.
Additional Recommendations:
- Outstanding Charges: We recommend checking “Include Outstanding Charges” to ensure your account remains up to date. If left unchecked, you’ll need to pay these charges manually.
- Editing Recurring Payments: You can update your settings anytime by clicking the “Edit Recurring Payment” button on the Dues screen. To deactivate, simply uncheck “Active.”
